Welcome to SK Levels Tuition. By booking a session or purchasing a block booking, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

1. About SK Levels Tuition

 

SK Levels Tuition provides online one-to-one tutoring for students studying GCSE Science, GCSE Maths, A-Level Biology and A-Level Chemistry. Sessions are delivered online and are designed to support students with subject understanding, confidence building, revision and exam preparation.

 

2. Booking Sessions

 

Sessions can be booked online through the SK Levels website. Bookings are subject to availability and will only be confirmed once payment has been received.

 

Customers may book individual pay-as-you-go sessions or purchase block bookings where available.

 

3. Session Types and Pricing

 

Current session options include:

 

Introductory Session

30 minutes — £25

 

GCSE Science

1 hour — £45

10-hour block booking — £400

 

GCSE Maths

1 hour — £45

10-hour block booking — £400

 

A-Level Biology

1 hour — £60

10-hour block booking — £550

 

A-Level Chemistry

1 hour — £60

10-hour block booking — £550

 

SK Levels reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect sessions that have already been paid for.

 

4. Payments

 

Payment must be made at the time of booking. Sessions are not confirmed until payment has been completed.

 

For block bookings, payment must be made in full before the first session takes place.

 

5. Block Bookings

 

Block bookings include 10 one-hour online sessions. Block bookings are suitable for students who would benefit from regular support over time.

 

Block booking sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unused sessions after this period may expire.

 

Block bookings are for the named student only and cannot be transferred to another student without prior agreement.

 

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

 

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

 

Where less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the session may still be charged in full.

 

If SK Levels needs to cancel or reschedule a session, an alternative time will be offered. If a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, a refund or session credit will be provided.

 

7. Late Arrival and No-Shows

 

If a student arrives late, the session will still finish at the scheduled end time.

 

If a student does not attend a booked session without notice, the session may be treated as completed and charged in full.

 

If the tutor is delayed, the full session time will still be provided or the missed time will be rearranged.

 

8. Online Lessons

 

All sessions are delivered online. Students are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection, a suitable device, and a quiet environment for learning.

 

SK Levels is not responsible for technical issues on the student’s side that prevent or interrupt a session.

 

9. Parent/Guardian Responsibility

 

For students under 18, bookings should be made by a parent or guardian. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring the student attends sessions on time and has a suitable learning environment.

 

Parents/guardians should also provide any relevant information that may help support the student’s learning.

 

10. Learning Outcomes

 

SK Levels Tuition aims to provide high-quality academic support, but no specific grade or exam result can be guaranteed. Student progress depends on a range of factors, including attendance, effort, independent study and exam performance.

 

11. Conduct

 

Students are expected to behave respectfully during sessions. SK Levels reserves the right to end or refuse future sessions if behaviour is inappropriate, disruptive or unsafe.

 

12. Resources and Materials

 

Any resources, worksheets, notes or materials provided during tutoring sessions are for the student’s personal educational use only. They must not be copied, shared, sold or distributed without permission.
